It presents a description of the destroyer HA00-Intrepid and references the development of a new category or class ships, with a range of 600 lux to be based in the future destroyers, whose tests have proved promising.

This is an effort to decrease the number of fleets necessary to colonize the entire Milky Way. Initially it was thought to build fleets alike the first fleet, but this would result in more costly in view of the short reach of current starships. This limitation was smoothed with the new galactic spacecraft designed.

If we consider that the Milky Way measures about 524 trillion cubic lux, about 650 fleets would be able to control the entire galaxy with these modern galactic spacecraft, with each fleet containing 900 units of them in 90 cruisers and nine SNs of their flotillas. The General Command of the Navy could dispose of 700 fleets, and 50 of them devoted entirely to the security and defense of the immeasurable heritage of humanity.
